We Create Transformative and Heartfull Experiences
Appreciation Moments is more than just a travel company; it’s a vision brought to life by Eric and Tricia, a dynamic husband-and-wife team who believe in the power of intentional living and deep, authentic connections.
Eric, a seasoned event producer, showcaller, and director, brings over two decades of experience in AV production and project management, ensuring every event and trip is flawlessly executed. His presence and collaborative approach have made him a trusted partner for a diverse array of clients, including large corporations, nonprofits, and political campaigns.
Tricia, a leadership development coach and consultant, has dedicated her career to helping individuals and organizations communicate more effectively and lead with confidence. As the Director of Business Communication at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, she designed and led groundbreaking programs that equipped professionals with the skills they need to excel in today’s fast-paced world.
Together, they have built Appreciation Moments as a way to merge their passions, offering unique travel experiences that combine the thrill of discovery with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Born from a simple yet profound idea on their wedding day—taking "Appreciation Moments" to stop, breathe, and connect—this philosophy has become the core of their work. Through carefully designed trips and retreats, they invite you to experience the world in a way that nurtures the soul, supports local communities, and fosters meaningful connections.
At Appreciation Moments, we believe that every journey should be a celebration of life’s richness, a time to reflect, and a chance to grow.
